To oversee the effective running of the estate and strategically support the office staff to deal with day-to-day operational matters to deliver housing services. Board members have animportant strategic role to keep MEMO running every day as a TMO.

What is the role of the Staff in the Office?

To work under the direction of the Board to provide comprehensive housing services to residents following Council policy. The Office staff deal with day-to-day matters to deliver housing services on the estate.
