Conduct a comprehensive review of the gas safety contract delivered by K&T (SureServe) and dentify opportunities for improvement or replacement.
Undertake a comprehensive review of the modular Management Agreement (MMA) to enhance and modernise our legal framework with Westminster City Council.
Produce a resident-centred MEMO Business Plan that prioritises service quality, transparency and measurable outcomes for residents.
